Phase I:

Phase II:

 Add the proper HTML and PHP code to make the page look like the others.
 Complete and thoroughly test the stored procedures or functions in the ???????. ??? file which all you to retrieve
the property information
 Complete and thoroughly test the PHP functions in the ????????. ?ℎ? file that allow you to invoke the proper SQL
procedure or function to retrieve the property information.
 Test the page to make sure it shows the required information. The delete button will not work just yet.
 Complete and thoroughly test the stored procedures or functions that allow you to delete an entry from the
????????_???_???? table. Use the ??????. ??? file as a template.
 Complete and test the PHP functions in the ????????. ?ℎ? file which allow you to invoke the proper SQL procedure
or function delete and entry from the ????????_???_???? table. Use the ??????. ?ℎ? file as a template.
 Test the page to make sure the delete button deletes the correct table row.
Phase III:
 Implement the ??? ???????? page:
 Complete the ???????????. ?ℎ? HTML form to show the branches and the additional Type radio buttons. For the
branch dropdown list, you will need to add the proper SQL and PHP functions to ????????. ??? and ????????. ?ℎ?
respectively similar to how the staff dropdown list works.
 Do not covert the address into a dropdown list. Simply use one of the valid addresses when testing.
 Complete the features to add an entry into the ????????_???_???? table. Use the ??????. ?ℎ? file as a template.
 Make the form a sticky form. After the form submits the old data shows and a message appears on the top.
Phase IV:
 Makeup any lost time and thoroughly test your solution. Do not ignore warnings!
 Work on the bonus assignment.
