Phone Number Lookup for Businesses

I need someone to look up phone numbers for a list of approximately 25,000 businesses, mostly in the US and some in Canada. I have the company name, city, and state/province. The company name often includes a DBA (doing business as), so those need to be checked as well.

Requirements:
