I require a freelancer to visit "Integrity (Thailand) Ltd" in Thailand to collect the documents and get filled, sign and stamped the Questionnaire from them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Physically visit "Integrity (Thailand) Ltd" and authenticate their certificates.
- Get the Questionnaire filled, signed, and stamped from the company.
The following requirements are mandatory:
1- Task is to visit the address physically.
2- Take 8 to 9 Geo-Tagged Photos form inside and outside with clearly visible Name Board of Building with Surroundings.
3- Get the Verification Forms filled, signed and stamped by the HR.
4- In case of refusal to fill form, take the written refusal with stamp or sign as a proof or take the audio recording of refusal conversation. Must Get the Details Full Name, Designation, and Contact No or Email of HR Person.
