Patient Record Stats in Excel
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I have a spreadsheet of raw patient records that needs to be transformed into clear, decision-ready insights. The scope is purely descriptive—no predictive modeling—so the focus is on calculating solid summary measures:
• Averages and medians for the key numeric fields (age, length of stay, lab values, etc.).
• Frequency distributions that show how often diagnoses, treatments, or outcome categories occur.
Everything must stay inside Excel—standard formulas, PivotTables, and, where handy, Power Query for quick data-cleaning steps. I’ll provide the file with a short data dictionary so you know what each column means; you return a neatly structured workbook with separate tabs for the cleaned data, the calculations, and a concise dashboard or summary sheet that highlights what the numbers say at a glance.
Accuracy and patient confidentiality are critical, so please keep any shared copies de-identified. If you can turn this around quickly while documenting the key steps you took (so I can update future datasets myself), let’s get started.
