Paper Document Data Entry

I have fewer than 50 pages of paper-based records that need to be turned into a clean digital file. Once we start, I’ll scan the pages and send them to you as PDFs. Your task is to key every detail exactly as it appears, preserving any headers or formatting cues so the final sheet mirrors the originals.

Accuracy matters more to me than speed, so please proof your work before handing it back. If you normally use Excel or Google Sheets, that’s ideal; if another tool suits you better, tell me in advance so we can agree on a compatible output.
