Paper Customer Data Digitization

I’m looking for help converting years of customer information that still sits in paper files into a clean, searchable digital format for my established business. Each record includes a customer’s name, contact details, purchase history and a few handwritten notes. Accuracy and legibility are critical because this data feeds directly into our CRM and email-marketing platforms.

I will scan the documents and share them as PDFs; your task is to key everything into a structured spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets—whichever you prefer) and flag any entries that are unclear so nothing gets guessed. A quick turnaround is important, but not at the expense of precision or confidentiality; I need the data checked twice before you mark it complete.

Deliverable:
• A fully populated spreadsheet with every field from the original paperwork, validated and ready for import into our CRM.
