PDF image data Extraction to Excel
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I have roughly 350 PDFs that I need information extracted from. Each PDFs is print-to-Microsoft-PDF from a jpg image of an ID card, in various orientations on the page. Despite the differences in format, the position of the key fields - name, registration number, and expiry date - remains the same across all ID cards. The attached file is an example.
Tasks:
- Extract these three data points from each PDF.
- Tabulate the results into an excel file.
Skills and Experience:
- Capable of working with PDFs and excel.
- Able to accurately extract and compile data.
- Experience with image recognition solutions or similar technologies to accurately retrieve the information.
- Attention to detail is a must, as the orientation of the ID card image in the PDF varies and accuracy in data extraction is paramount.
