PDF to Word Extraction with Image OCR -- 2

I need a freelancer to convert some PDFs into Word files. I'm looking specifically to extract text from these PDFs while keeping their original formatting as much as possible. The PDFs contain images with text, so I also need the freelancer to perform Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract text from the images as well.
