PDF-to-Word Data Conversion -- 2

I have a batch of PDFs that must be transformed into fully editable Word documents while preserving original layouts, tables, and any embedded images. The job is pure data conversion—no additional copy-writing or data cleansing—so speed and accuracy in handling PDF text extraction and formatting are key.

You will receive the PDFs at the start and I expect the converted .docx files returned in the same folder structure. Please make sure all text is selectable, page breaks mirror the source, and fonts and headings stay consistent. If a page contains non-selectable text, an OCR pass is required so that the final Word file remains completely editable.

Before final hand-off, quickly proof each file to remove stray line breaks or mis-read characters; I will spot-check for these. Once everything looks good, send the Word files back in a compressed archive or shared drive link—whatever is easier for you.
