PDF Tables to Sheets

I have several PDFs containing tables that need to be converted into a clean, well-structured Google Sheet. The tables include both text and numbers, and only some of them come with headers, so a keen eye for consistency is essential.
What I need from you is straightforward: extract every row and column exactly as it appears, add missing headers where they don’t exist (using the obvious column meaning), and leave no orphaned values behind.
Deliverables
• One Google Sheet with each original PDF table on its own tab, fully formatted and double-checked for accuracy
• A quick note on any ambiguities or unreadable cells so I can verify them
