PDF Receipt Data Entry
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I will send you a batch of receipts as searchable PDF documents. From each file I need the key figures lifted accurately into a single Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
The sheet must contain these columns in this exact order:
• Date
• Receipt number
• Amount Excluding VAT
• Amount Including VAT
• VAT amount
• Storage amount (ex-VAT)
• Exchange rate
Every row should match one receipt, with the original PDF name kept as the row’s comment so I can trace it back quickly if needed.
Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of the PDFs processed, no skipped pages.
• Values match the source (spot-checks will be run on dates and totals).
• Excel file delivered in .xlsx format, cleanly formatted, no merged cells.
That’s the full scope—once I confirm the spreadsheet is complete and correct, the project is finished.
