PDF Marketing Copy Extraction

I have a collection of marketing PDFs packed with text that must be captured accurately and moved into an editable format. Your first task is straightforward data entry: pull every line of copy from each PDF exactly as it appears—headlines, sub-headings, body text, calls-to-action—then place it into the template I’ll provide (Google Sheet or Word, whichever you prefer).
Once the text is in, I’d like a light copy-polish: fix obvious typos, standardise capitalisation and spacing, but keep the original messaging intact. No design work is required; this is purely text extraction and clean-up.
Deliverables
• Completed spreadsheet / document with all marketing copy organised by page and section
• Proof-read, lightly edited text ready for our creative team to use
