PDF Invoices to Excel -- 2

I have a batch of invoices saved as PDFs and I need the key figures captured in a clean, well-structured Excel file. Starting from a blank workbook, please create a straightforward template and then populate it with the following fields for every invoice:

• Invoice Number
• Invoice Date
• Amount (Total)
• Amount Excluding VAT
• VAT Amount
• Description Storage amount Excluding VAT

The above named columns will be good.

Accuracy is essential—each value must match the source document exactly. Once the sheet is complete, give it a quick cross-check for duplicate numbers or obvious outliers so I can import it directly into my accounting software.
