I have a set of PDF documents filled with numerical tables that must be transcribed—number for number—into an Excel spreadsheet. No text paragraphs, no images to tag, just clean figures that later feed into my analysis formulas.
Accuracy is absolutely critical. I expect every digit that appears in the PDFs to land in the correct cell of the workbook template I’ll provide. If automated extraction stumbles, I need you to catch and correct it manually, then run a quick balance check so totals still add up.
Deliverables
• One Excel workbook mirroring the layout I supply (one sheet per source file, consistent column order, number-only formatting).
Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of numerical data transferred.
• Spot audit shows zero discrepancies.
• Workbook is ready for immediate filtering and calculation—no merged cells or stray characters.
