I have a collection of PDF and Word documents containing customer details that must be transferred into a web-based form. Your job is to read each file, extract the required fields exactly as they appear, and submit them through the online interface I will provide.

Accuracy is critical—every name, number, and date has to match the source file, and any mandatory fields on the site must be completed without triggering validation errors. Once a batch is finished, simply note the submission confirmation number in a shared spreadsheet so I can track progress.

You’ll need a reliable internet connection and familiarity with common data-entry shortcuts that speed up form filling while maintaining 100 % correctness. If you spot inconsistencies or illegible text in a document, flag it for me instead of guessing. The work is straightforward but volume is moderate, so consistency matters more than sheer speed.

Deliverables
• All records entered in the online form, fully validated
• Status sheet listing each confirmation number and file name
