I will provide the data sources, step-by-step instructions, and secure log-ins; your job is to open each form, enter the information exactly as given, review it for typos or formatting issues, and submit.
Daily workload averages 10–30 forms with occasional peaks. Accuracy and consistency are non-negotiable—no automated scripts. You’ll update me at the end of each shift with a brief report of completed forms and any anomalies you spotted.
Essential requirements:
