Occupancy Analyst Software

I need someone to update and fix (or create a new software) that pulls information from Medicare.gov, and combines it with excel spreadsheets to create new reports from the combined data. Attached are the following: (1) a sample of a report that would be created (Output_Leander) ; (2) directory excel file that is used to create the report; (3) an occupancy report that is also used to create the report.
I've uploaded the software for you to check.
