We are software Company and we would like to give out an E-OFFICE project to a company or capable individuals to build within a stipulated time.

I WOULD LIKE TO USE GOVERNMENT AS A CASE STUDY to facilitate the understanding because am sure all countries around the world runs under Government.
E-Office Means going paperless.
In summary.....................
We need competent hands to build a software that could stand in place of analogue settings of carrying papers/documents around offices for approval.
using Arms of Government as a case study now as it's run in my own country but i do not know how things are run in your country...
From Economy, Agriculture, health, security, environment, Energy, Science and technology, Water resources Irrespective of the Agency within a State are all Answerable to the State Governor.
Let's say a document Application is subject for an approval from the office of the Governor and instead for a dispatcher to pick up and go for a submission, the same document can be sent immediately through the government E-Office to the office of the Governor to verify and approve even without having a physical paper or holding a pen to approve. hope my illustration is clear a little bit, that's also applicable to all government agency even including the budgets and the same thing goes to other companies.
