Nursing Schedule Automation

I need a developer to code and create a merged Excel spreadsheet for nursing schedules. The data is currently in multiple Excel files. Note- the source data can also be pulled in JSON format via an API and merged with an excel template if this is easier to program or accommodate a dynamic workflow that updates changes on demand.

Requirements:
- Merge data into a single spreadsheet
- Include: Employee names, Shifts and times, Departments or units
- Identify gaps in coverage

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation
- Experience with coding for automation
- Attention to detail
- Background in scheduling systems is a plus
