Role 1: Team / QC Lead (Operator 2)

Candidate Rate: $10/hr ON IC (Independent Contractor)

Experience: Moderate – Minimum 2 years

Role Summary:
The Quality Checker (QC) ensures the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of Danish menu content created by Menu Creation Agents. The role involves auditing menu data, identifying errors, providing feedback, supporting process improvements, and maintaining quality standards and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities include:

Auditing menu content and handling a team of 4–5 agents
Identifying errors, providing feedback, maintaining SLAs
Maintaining dashboards and reports
Supporting onboarding and process improvements
Mandatory Requirements:

Native-level proficiency in Norwegian and good English
Minimum 24 months experience in software testing, bug triaging, audits/quality checks, catalog designing, or technical issue resolution
Strong attention to detail
Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP), basic SQL
RCA methodologies (Fishbone, 5-Whys, etc.)
Role 2: Menu Creation Agent (Operator 1 – Entry Level)

Ensuring accuracy, quality, and productivity
Handling repetitive tasks with high attention to detail
Communicating effectively in English
