Nationwide Decorator Sourcing Project
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I need help building a reliable coast-to-coast production and fulfillment network for my custom-merchandise business. Your focus will be identifying and vetting contract decorators—screen printers, embroiderers, laser engravers, UV printers—as well as third-party fulfillment centers that can warehouse, pick/pack, and ship orders on demand.
Coverage priorities 8 Quadrants of the US (Suggested Hubs are below but we can have selections anywhere in the coverage area)
• Pacific Northwest • Hub: Seattle, WA or Portland, OR
• Covers: WA, OR, ID, Western MT
• California
• Mountain West • Hub: Salt Lake City, UT or Denver, CO
• Covers: UT, CO, WY, NM, parts of ID/MT
• Texas/South Central • Hub: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX
• Covers: TX, OK, AR, LA
• Midwest • Hub: Chicago, IL
• Covers: IL, WI, MN, IA, MO, IN, MI
• Southeast Southeast • Hub: Atlanta, GA
• Covers: GA, AL, TN, NC, SC
• Northeast • Hub: Central NJ / Eastern PA (e.g., Allentown)
• Covers: NY, NJ, PA, New England, DC region
• Florida
The ideal outcome is to locate 2 - 3 contract decorators in each area as well as 2 - 3 fulfillment centers. For the decorators I will need full service solutions that could include: Screen Printing, Embroidery, DTG, Digital Apparel Transfers, Patches, Finishings such as Woven Labels and hem tags, Hang Tags, Fold & Polybag, Private Labeling. Would also like smaller providers that have reasonable pricing for small quantity runs. Below are links to the preferred partners:

What you’ll actually hand over
• A clear, up-to-date vendor database that lets me plug new client orders straight into regional partners for faster turnarounds and lower freight costs.
• Spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) listing company name, address, contact person, phone, email, decorating capabilities, equipment details, standard lead times, minimums, sample rates, and indicative pricing tiers.
• Short narrative summary highlighting your top three recommendations per region and any red flags discovered during outreach.
• All call notes or email threads so I can continue the conversations seamlessly.
Experience in promotional products sourcing, supplier audits, or 3PL selection is a must—tell me about similar work you’ve done so I can judge fit quickly.
