NLP/ text analysis of single document using both a system lead solution and manual check

This is a pilot test, if the solution works there will be more work.
The file is 143 KB, 119 pages in word, 35K words.
Within the word document I need to identify and categorise:
1)Names of people + related topic linked to name in text
2)Places + related topic linked to name in text
3) Reference materials mentioned (Books, Podcasts, Movies, Websites)
4) Difficult words (identified systematically using number of syllables or other metric)
5) Themes and topics covered in in text
Output: the output must be in a common and tabled format like excel or word NOT an output file (e.g. JSON etc or other)
