NBA Prediction Model - Excel/Google Sheets

I am interested in having a data analysis/prediction model built which will gather stats from any of the NBA stats websites. Basketball-reference.com looks like a good one to work with. It would ideally be able to refresh to update the data.
I am hoping to be able to calculate odds, lines and predictions for NBA games for players (points, rebounds, assists) and teams (total points, handicaps). I also want to compare historic stats with the current handicaps for players etc.
There are various models available, a ton of stats and a lot of people online who analyze their models, their methodologies and their results. The Four Factors Model is definitely one to watch.
This would not be an extremely difficult job.
Usability is key, the file should run smooth and be easy to edit.
