AU Multi-Platform Art Database Manager and Data-Entry specialist -- 2

We're seeking a multitasking experienced database manager to maintain and grow our extensive collection of 3,000+ artworks across 12 different platforms, including our Shopify website. This is a critical role in ensuring consistent, accurate, and optimized art data across our entire digital ecosystem.

Job Scope & Deliverables:
• Maintain & grow a database of 3000+ artworks across 12 platforms including Shopify
• Process and optimize digital images for multiple platforms (using artplacer.com)
• Upload editorial content (magazine articles, artist biographies...)
• Implement AI tools and automation processes
• Track and document all work through timesheets

Required Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in data entry and digital asset management
