Mixed Data Entry Operator

I need an experienced data entry operator to capture mixed datasets—both text and numbers—from several online databases and enter them into my preferred spreadsheet template. Accuracy and consistency are critical because these records feed directly into our reporting dashboard.
Here’s what the job entails:
• Navigate specified online databases and extract designated fields exactly as labeled.
• Enter text and numerical values into the provided Excel/Google Sheets file, following the column order I supply.
• Perform a quick double-check on each row to avoid transposed digits, missing characters, or formatting issues (dates, currency, and percentages must remain uniform).
• Flag any ambiguous entries or data mismatches so I can resolve them in real time.
• Occasionally, I may attach supplemental PDFs; if that happens, simply follow the same entry guidelines for those files.
I will share a short walkthrough video, the link list for each source, and an example sheet before we begin. Let me know your estimated turn-around time for batches of 1,000 rows and any relevant experience you have with high-volume mixed-data entry.
