Mfg. Plant email

We have 2,500 end users that work in Mfg. Plants on our database. They are potential customers for our products. We are using mail chimp, but do not have the theme or expertise to utilize the email program. We need some to take our data base and send out emails from time to time, maybe once a month. The database is on an excel spreadsheet.
