Merging lists -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me merge lists of people from different sources into one cohesive list. The ideal candidate will have experience working with call lists and be able to eliminate any duplicates from the merged list. The final merged list should be formatted in Google Sheets for easy access and collaboration. I'll pay a lumpsum for 8 lists to be organized by Date client first joined us and filtered not to include any repeated clients. If Phone numbers are different, include both. ACCURACY is the most important factor. The current format is in 7 protected PDF so you can't copy and paste. It's like an image. You will be converting that into Excel Sheets. It's roughly about 2000 lines total.

The initial conversation will be on what's app and another encrypted software. I have an accounting firm and my clients info is not to be shared with others. The payment and agreement will only be here on freelancer. If that's not acceptable don't waste my time. Thank you.
