I have a set of images from a medical record book that need to be digitized into Excel. The records are organized by patient name and there are between 50 and 100 images, all in JPEG format.
Key Requirements:
- Create an Excel file with three columns: Date, Name of patient, Operation Done.
- Exclude specific operations: Lap Chole, Cystoscopy, TURP, TAPP.
- Must understand medical terminologies and surgery names.
