Manual Data Entry from Photos

I have a collection of printed forms that I will share as high-resolution photographs. Your task is straightforward: manually key every field from each image into a structured spreadsheet. Because the source material is printed and captured via photo, careful attention to accuracy—spelling, numbers, and punctuation—is critical.

I will provide clear naming conventions for the image files so you can match each photo to the correct row in the sheet. The finished file should mirror the layout I supply (simple column headers) and be returned in Excel or Google Sheets—whichever is more convenient for you.

Before final hand-off, please double-check your own work so that totals and IDs align perfectly with the photos. Once I receive the completed sheet, I’ll spot-audit a sample; if everything balances, the project is done.
