We are looking for a programmer to create a program to transcribe text from recordings of a database and to output said data into an accessible, editable database, preferably in .csv format.
We have a few hours’ worth of video of a database, consisting of English and Japanese text.
We would like to have said data transferred into an accessible database so that we may work with the data in preferably, as priorly mentioned, .csv format.
