I’m building a real-time Excel workbook that captures every brand advertising on a selection of Australian online radio shows. As you listen to the shows I’ll share, enter each advertiser the moment their spot airs and immediately hunt down the CEO or Managing Director’s direct contact details. You’ll keep the sheet open in OneDrive/Google Sheets so I can watch progress as it happens.
What the sheet must contain for every advertiser:
• Advertiser name
• CEO or MD direct email
• CEO or MD direct phone number
Nothing more, nothing less—the brief is intentionally tight. Accuracy outranks speed, so verify each email and phone number through LinkedIn, the company site, ABN lookup, and any other reliable source before you log it. Clean formatting, consistent casing, and zero blank cells are critical; duplicate checking is a must.
I’ll supply the show links once we start. If you’re comfortable multitasking between live audio, web research, and spreadsheet updates, this should run smoothly and wrap up quickly.
