Large Mixed Data Entry Project
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I have a backlog of well over 5,000 records that combine numbers, text, and some free-form notes. Parts of the source material arrive in orderly tables, while the rest comes as loosely formatted scans and handwritten sheets. Your task is to capture everything faithfully into a clean Excel workbook (preferred) or Word table where each field is clearly separated and searchable.
Because the content swings between structured and unstructured, accuracy and consistency matter more than raw speed. I will supply a small sample first so you can see the exact layout, naming conventions, and any shorthand used. Once the format is agreed, you will receive the remaining batches in compressed folders.
Deliverables
• A master .xlsx file (one row per record, no merged cells)
• A brief summary sheet noting any ambiguous or unreadable entries flagged during the process
• Ongoing progress updates every 1,000 lines so we can spot-check quality early
Acceptance criteria
• 99%+ entry accuracy when cross-checked against the source sample
• All numeric fields stored as numbers (no hidden apostrophes)
• Text fields trimmed of leading/trailing spaces, with original spelling preserved
If you are comfortable juggling mixed data types and can commit to a reliable turnaround schedule, I would be happy to share the first batch right away.
