Keyword Search in 5,000 Rambler Emails

I need assistance with sorting my list of 5,000 Rambler emails. I'm looking for a specific phrase within these emails.
need someone to create an IMAP script to differentiate from the two
- Searching these emails for the exact phrase I've specified
- Moving the emails that contain this phrase to a separate list
- Moving the emails that do not contain this phrase to a different separate list
