Inventory report template

I am looking for a freelancer to create an inventory report template for me. Specifically, I need the report to include all product names, quantities on hand, par levels, and quantities need ordered.. The template must be compatible with Microsoft Excel software, I use an inventory tracking software called Sortly. Sortly imports inventory data entered by employees to Excel. As for the layout, I prefer a table format with columns and rows. I have a vision for how the template needs to flow, I do not have the expertise to design the formulas to get desired results.
