Individualized Project Management Excel File incl. Gantt Chart
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need an excel file to manage the launch of a product ASAP. I assume it's a Kindergarden task for some of you guys. GERMAN speakers are preferred but English is also fine.
Shall include:
- Gantt chart with critical timelines for milestones, a link to an example can be found in the attached spreadsheet
- overall project dashboard indicating the process of sub projects / tasks and project members open tasks
- separate worksheets for project members (to do lists) and for sub projects. Sub projects to fill out tasks, with automatic transfer of tasks into project member sheets

I have started myself in the attached sheet but reached limitations of my excel skills at some point.
