Host and lead simple 20 minute video conference -- 3

We are looking for someone who can host and lead a simple video conference for us. We need the video conference to take place over Skype, and to include both video and voice connection. We do not require the video conference to be recorded. This will be a 20 minute video conference, so the ideal candidate should be able to provide concise, yet thorough instruction in this time.
