I have a steady stream of short online application forms that must be completed—up to 100 every day—for an entire month. Each form is web-based and typically asks only for basic personal details, yet accuracy and speed are crucial because even a minor typo can trigger manual reviews on my side.
Here is how I see the workflow:
• I supply you with the source data in a spreadsheet each evening, clearly mapped to the corresponding form fields.
• By the end of the next day, you return confirmation that every assigned form has been submitted successfully, together with a brief status sheet noting any records that could not be processed and why.
• We repeat this cycle Monday through Saturday; I release payment weekly based on the number of forms accepted by the system.
Acceptance criteria
• 98 % or better accuracy in transferred data (spot-checked daily).
• Daily turnaround on all assigned forms.
• Confidential handling of all personal information.
