Help me work with the Autoencoder to analyze some biological data(Hyperspectral images)

I'm looking for an expert in deep learning especially the autoencoders to HELP me analyze some data(ionique images). The objectif is to find the most relevent ions and its parameters m/z.
Each one of the files here(just a part of the data) is 1 ionique image, if we can fusion them all to have one complete image and then we can proceed to the analyzis with an autoencoder.
It's my internship, so i need someone that will be open to have some videos calls to well discuss about the work.
