Health Data Science Integration
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m seeking an experienced data scientist with capabilities in omics and non-omics health data integration. The purpose of this project is to integrate one omics data with one non-omics data sets. The ideal candidate will:
- Use two distinct integration strategies ( either early, intermediate, or late) and identify key interactions/ associations between the two types of datasets.
- Identify common variables found in the two strategies, including genes, proteins, and metabolites.
- Answer questions regarding different variables found, the clinical implications of the selected markers, and share challenges encountered during the process.
- Visualize the associations of key features.
A background in medicine, genetics, data science, or a similar field would be ideal for this project. Familiarity with Electronic Health Records, Wearable Device Data, and Laboratory Results will be advantageous.
