Health Data Dashboard in Excel
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am searching for an Excel expert to help me create a dynamic visualization dashboard for health data.
- The dashboard will focus on a range of health data
- It will need to display specific and diverse health metrics such as age, type of therapy given, time periods, and mortality - so be able to calculate mortality, time periods,
- Each individual's health record data will be detailed in a specific manner ie data will be entered as numeric code
-Each patient will have about 20 data points
Ideally graphs will have consistent coloring eg PD patients orange, HD = green etc- to allow for intuitive understanding
The ideal freelancer for this project needs to have:
- Proficiency in Excel, especially in creating dynamic and interactive dashboards.
- Experience working with health data or a willingness to learn about this field.
- Attention to detail to ensure all necessary health data is accurately represented.
- Ability to facilitate data entry and management within Excel.
Please note that this project is in the health sector. All Excel sheets to be used will have fake patient data in it. I have attached the baseline excel sheet from which data is to be generated. It will need to be continuous, ie capacity to have data added for decades ie approaching 10000 lines
I would cope with an access database if this achieved the same outcome- but prefer excel as all staff have access to Excel in my center. Although happy to discuss. Ideally would also like it so that others using the tracker cant destroy it. ie some security around the dashboards. Potential for unintended corruption. The database will need to be able to be copied on a server where many staff have access . Also , ideally we can add categories without needing to get you to fix it? (if this is possible) eg male , female and we want to add other
Would also like the capacity to upgrade it in the future to a more complex sheet and visualise that data also . Prior to release of the funds we would need to check it all works. If we change the scope of the project then we can re-negotiate. The ideal person is responsive, prompt and a good communicator - if not a good communicator - please dont apply.
