Handwritten Form Digitization into Web Portal

I have between 50 and 100 handwritten registration forms that must be transferred accurately into our web-based registration system. You’ll receive high-resolution scans of every form along with a login link to the online interface.

Each form contains three groups of information—Personal Information, Contact Details, and Event Specific Information—and every field on the paper needs to appear exactly in its matching field online.

What I expect:
• Meticulous, line-by-line data entry with zero omissions or typos.
• Consistent spelling and capitalization that mirror the handwritten source (no creative edits).
• A brief progress update every 25 forms so we can spot-check accuracy early.
• A final confirmation once all forms are submitted so I can verify totals against the scans.

Everything happens inside the provided web portal; no external spreadsheets or file conversions are required. If you notice any illegible handwriting, flag it in the notes section built into the system so I can review.

The task is straightforward but demands focus and careful cross-checking. Once you’re set up with the login, you can begin right away, and I’ll stay available for quick questions throughout the process.
