I have between 10 and 50 pages of handwritten notes that need to be turned into clean, error-free digital text. Your task is straightforward data entry: accurately transcribe every word, preserve basic paragraph structure, and flag any illegible sections so I can clarify them quickly.
What I’ll provide
• High-resolution scans or photos of each handwritten page.
• A simple style guide (font, heading levels, file naming).
What I expect back
• One editable Word document per page, or a single consolidated file if that is more convenient.
• Spelling and punctuation checked—no raw OCR dumps.
• A short log noting any words you were unsure about.
I value accuracy and clear communication, so please be comfortable with careful proofreading and meeting agreed deadlines. If this first batch goes well, I’ll have similar data-entry work waiting.
