Google sheets Data entry import across 3 different platforms

Problem
Currently we are entering the same information across 3 platforms

1. Tradify (Quoting, scheduling app)

2. Fulcrum (Tree Maintenance Reports and tree work instructions)

3. JHA / Permits - (Site Approval permits Risk Analysis tools). these are editable PDF’s


Solution / what we are trying to achieve
We would like 1 single Google sheet or program that can be located by staff from varies locations that we can enter the details of each job once and then export the information and import into the 3 platforms.
Note. We have got a csv file with the required fields from Tradify, see below the fields they require.
