Scope of Work

Create a Google Sheets system with the following:

1. Data Entry Sheet (Sales Team Use)
• Daily price capture
• Fields include:
Date, Product, SKU, Brand, City, Channel, PTR(price-to-retailer), PTD (price to distributor), Store name, Scheme, Captured By
• Auto-calculate Effective Price (PTR priority, PTD fallback)

2. Auto-Populated Sales Insights Sheet.
• Average competitor price by:
• Product
• City
• Brand
• Channel
• Compare vs our brand price
• Auto flags:
• Cheaper / Same / Costlier
• Filter-friendly for sales review
