500 Google Form Data Entry

I need every row of my 500-line Excel sheet moved into its matching Google Form. Each row contains plain text only, and every question in the form is optional, so you can leave any empty spreadsheet cell blank in the submission. No special formatting or validation rules apply—simple copy-and-paste accuracy is what matters.

I’ll provide:
• The Excel file with 500 text records
• The live Google Form link

What I’d like back at completion:
• Confirmation that all 500 submissions went through (timestamp list or response export)
• The original sheet flagged or annotated so I can see which rows were processed

Please aim to finish within two days of starting. If you use Google Apps Script, macros, or other tools to accelerate accurate entry, feel free to mention it.
