Google Apps Script Form Automation

I have a Google Workspace environment and need a custom Form powered by Apps Script. The form must collect data, trigger automated workflows, and feed a lightweight reporting dashboard—all in one smooth flow.

Here’s what I want to happen after each submission:

• Email notifications fire off to predefined recipients, drawing key answers into a tidy template.
• Data is processed in the linked Sheet—cleaned, formatted, and routed so downstream formulas stay intact.
• Certain responses automatically create or update tasks (using Google Tasks or equivalent add-on) so nothing falls through the cracks.
• A summary sheet or simple Data Studio/Looker Studio view updates in real time for quick reporting.

You’re free to leverage onFormSubmit triggers, installable triggers, and any other Apps Script best practices you like, provided the code is clean, commented, and owned by my domain when finished. I’ll supply the exact form fields and workflow rules once we start; you’ll return:

1. The Google Form and bound Script project with all functions working.
2. A short walkthrough doc so I can adjust email templates, task rules, or report filters later.
