Flight Connection (Graph Mining) -- 2

The goal of this project is to Improve the solution for the connection problem. We were already able to identify the delayed flights connecting in SFO where the take-off time of the second flights was after the scheduled takeoff of first flight. In this assignment, you will improve the solution by identifying connections where the second flight leaves within 12 hours of scheduled arrival of the first flight. You need to estimate the scheduled arrival of the first flight by assuming that each flight requires 30 minutes for landing and takeoff (15 minutes each) and will fly the distance at an average speed of 550 mph. To satisfy the 12-hour condition, you need to combine date and time to create a datetime object.
