Fix Excel Pivot Chart Issue

I need help with a pivot chart in Excel that is not updating. The chart is based on a table in the same workbook, and I have already tried refreshing the pivot table manually without success. The spreadsheet is connected to the server and sometimes is accessed outside of the server through VPN.
