Find who's behind facebook profiles

I have a few people who are constantly bugging one of my client through Facebook comments and she has no idea why. We have tried to contact these people but it seems to be fake names.
Is it possible to find their phone number / email address of their facebook?
NO HACKING / NO FISHING. Just need these info to contact them directly and reveal who is it.
Pay per user, I have 5 for now.
