FME DEM generatin

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with generating an FME DEM that considering the building footprint. Here are the project requirements:

Data Sources:
- I will provide the data sources necessary for generating the FME DEM (lidar point cloud + building footprint).

Target Resolution:
- The target resolution for the FME DEM should be medium.

File Format:
- The final DEM output should be in GeoTIFF format.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with FME and DEM generation.
- Proficiency in working with data sources provided by the client.
- Knowledge of different file formats, particularly GeoTIFF.
- Attention to detail to ensure the desired target resolution is achieved.
